GD-TEAM obtained the ISO / IEC 20000 certificate

At the beginning of the year, our company obtained the ISO / IEC 20000 certificate, which describes the rules of the IT service management system. The introduction of ISO 20000 was a strategic decision of the company, which aims to have managed, efficient, effective and, most importantly, transparently provided services for our customers.
The above-stated ISO standard guarantees to all internal and external customers that our organization will provide IT services at a high level of quality from planning, through design, implementation, to the transition to new services. Undoubtedly, the most well-known areas of this standard include incident management or service desk processes.
The entire standard is based on ITIL principles and procedures, but these only apply to individuals, while ISO / IEC 20000 allows for organization-wide certification.
