Junior Growth Programme

We have a long-running junior development and support programme in our company. It is primarily aimed at new colleagues joining our company, but it is also intended for those who want to learn something new or move to another area. The programme mainly covers professional growth, but also emphasises soft skills or process knowledge of the relevant business.
The whole system is built on the mentoring of seniors who are eager to pass on their experience and mentor the growth of young colleagues. The mentor, together with the Account Delivery Manager, defines a growth plan including evaluation milestones for a particular junior and this is evaluated at ADM level during the entire period. The estimated time to bring up a junior to a more senior role is individual and is set at a maximum of 2 years. During this period of time, adequate time as well as material conditions are created by the company for both parties.
Due to the success of this programme, we will continue it and thus contribute to one of the company’s development goals in terms of expertise, which is to provide the highest quality of services to our customers.
