What will you do?
Your work will
– provision of third-level support to address comprehensive problems (3rd level support),
– identification of key issues and then planning and initiating recovery steps/solutions,
– use of corporate and internal standards and technical documentation of solutions,
– provision of consulting and support to both internal and external customers and management,
– delivery of customised solutions based on agreed terms, contract and KPI,
– design of infrastructure solutions,
– technical team guidance on the provision of required services,
– training of colleagues and co-applicants in a project.

– advanced knowledge/experience with identity management (ADFS/AD).
