What will you do?
Your work will
include
- implementation and administration/IT operation of Microsoft Windows Server (2012- 2022)/ Azure Infrastructure Services File-, Print-, Terminal-, cluster services, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WVD, Azure AD etc.
- implementation and administration/IT operation of Microsoft 365 technologies (Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams incl. Phone System, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365 ATP, Conditional Access, Universal Print, Data Loss Prevention, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management, Windows Virtual Desktop, etc.).
- automation and standardization of workflows with suitable scripts (PowerShell)
- optimization of existing processes and tools for the management of multi-tenant environments
- integration of new clients into existing operational processes
- collaboration in the creation of decision templates and concepts
- development and planning of service concepts
- project planning and implementation of commissioning and operation
- problem and error analysis, problem solving, even in complex systems or system landscapes. systems and system landscapes § Creation of decision-making templates and concepts
- design/introduction of supporting tools and workflows

What do we expect
from you?
- Master’s or diploma degree with adequate professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills
- at least five years of professional experience, as well as in-depth experience with Microsoft Collaboration solutions in the area of Office 365 and in on Premises Solutions (AD, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.)
- very good practical experience with Microsoft Azure & Windows Server Infrastructure Services.
- extensive experience with IT operations and the migration of Exchange, Sharepoint, AD, file server, etc. environments to Office365. environments into Office365
- experience in planning, implementation, and operation of hybrid solutions (AD, Exchange Hybrid)
- technical certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified Associate / Azure Administrator Associate / MCSA / MCSE.
- very good customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, also on a management level
- highly systematic and structured way of working
- very high flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to perform
