What will you do?
As a part of our programming team you will provide technical support for customers in Germany or Slovakia.
Your work will
include
- handling of comprehensive infrastructure and change requests for multiple projects and coordination with our customers
- managing, planning of SAP projects according to customer needs
- willingness to travel based on project needs (up to 25% on average)
What do we expect
from you?
- min. 5 years of SAP BASIS experience
- “hands on” experience with Unix/Linux/Win OS
- experience with Oracle/MS SQL/ASE/HANA/DB2 databases
- lifecycle management of existing SAP installations: support pack patching, kernel, database, system upgrades
- System Performance Tuning
- system copies
- ability to plan, design and manage SAP projects based on customer needs such as new installations, system upgrades and databases, etc.
- technical support of functional teams, transport coordination, implementation of SAP Notes
- provision of installation, configuration, integration, update and testing services for new projects and ongoing maintenance for SAP environment
- provision of installation, update and system administration for Oracle/DB2/MS SQL/HANA/ASE databases
- preparation of client copies, system updates and resolution of SAP issues
- error analysis and troubleshooting
- german language – active, English language an advantage
