What will you do?
As part of our SAP contractor team, you will be a consultant and equal partner for customers in Germany or Slovakia and provide support to them.
Your work will
include
- direct communication with our clients (in person, remotely)
- detailed analysis of client requirements
- providing configuration and customisation of modules based on client requirements
- performing support tasks and resolving incidents and problems in support of a SAP CRM solution at the client
What do we expect
from you?
- ability to design, maintain and develop comprehensive tailor-made solutions
- ability of self-learning and self-seeking information
- proactivity, consistency, analytical thinking, hard work
- German – upper intermediate or English – upper intermediate
- in the case of seniors, at least 5 years of experience (references from SAP CRM projects or support contracts) with implementation/customisation/support within SAP CRM
- an advantage is a knowledge of the SAP HANA technology and programming in ABAP within CRM and ISU MD/CS
- experience with SAP UI5 is advantage
