„Supporting children, youth, and adults and participating in their physical and motor development is our basic task”, said Ema Kuchárová, founder and artistic director of the ensemble.
The civil association OZ Čučoriedka, which runs the folk dance ensemble, does not limit itself to physical and movement activities but also takes an active approach to making costumes for its children. Currently, the ensemble is based in the village of Bretejovce and has had many successful performances.
„The goal of the ensemble is to create a sense of meaningful leisure time in children. To learn about the cultural and historical roots of their region and country. To develop the activities of the ensemble both materially and culturally. Presenting skills and rehearsed dance choreographies to parents and the public at events in the nearby region”, Ema Kuchárová added.
