Certification and Extension of Competencies with the SAP HANA platform
gd-Team, a.s. (JSC) has obtained an SAP Partner Center of Expertise certificate, which entitles them to provide maintenance and support services for its customers on behalf of SAP.
At the same time, gd-Team has expanded the range of certified services with the SAP HANA platform.
The SAP Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) certificate entitles SAP Value Added Reseller partners to provide maintenance and support services to SAP end-customers. The certificate was preceded by successful completion of a comprehensive certification programme. The SAP certification programme gives SAP customers a guarantee that the PCoE partner has the necessary knowledge of support processes according to SAP standards, has skills related to SAP solutions and tools, and that at the same time meets all requirements for the quality of maintenance and support services provided.
gd-Team has obtained the PCoE certificate, which entitles them to perform services for three product lines: “SAP Business-All-in-One Support Authorization”, “SAP HANA Support Authorization” and “SAP Database & Technology Support Authorization”.
