You know who the authentic leader is?

We reviewed it during a 10-month training entitled Atairu Authentic Leadership Program, which we have successfully completed during these days. Through personal experience, knowledge and interactive exercises, we had the opportunity to look at our own approach to life, cooperation in a team and leadership, and move in creating values and achieving results with ease. We have undergone a transformation that resonates in us and which has brought us closer to an authentic leader. He acts in accordance with himself. He makes full use of his unique talent, fulfils his passions and mission, and at the same time helps others. His team then works with maximum synergy and gets into a flow in which individuals are more effective and satisfied.

We have received many “tools” that we can effectively use in communication, whether in contact with clients in the framework of strategic consultancy and implementation in the field of comprehensive SAP solutions and systems development, or in the team in achieving individual objectives.
