What will you do?

As a part of our programming team you will provide technical support for customers in Germany or Slovakia.

Your work will
include

– implementation, administration and migration in SCCM
– creation and customisation of GPO (Group policy) for Windows 10 and Office365
– design of Windows 10 (templates) in direct coordination with end customers
– analysis of customer requirements
– creation of software packages (SCCM packaging)
– preparation of operational documentation and training materials
– consultation of order content in direct communication with the client
– remote IT management, exceptionally on-site at the customer
– coordination and solution of ancillary services (purchase, management of service providers…)
– CMDB maintenance, regular creation of reports on relevant services, participation in quality measurements

What skills
do you need?

– several years of demonstrable experience in positions related to Microsoft technologies and Windows administration
– excellent orientation in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

What do we expect
from you?

– good communication and presentation skills (in connection with client communication)
– German (min. B1)
